As part of its ethos to help promote young businesses, B.E.A.M. supplies beautiful & modern ready-to-work office spaces at the B.E.A.M. Centre.
The Hot Desks are available to rent short or long term and come completely furnished with everything a young business needs to get up and running.
Each "Hot Desk" unit comes with the following in the price:
• Contemporary finished office including low energy high output fluorescent lighting, 3 double sockets, smoke detector and fire alarm
• Office desks, chairs and filing cabinet
• Internet access
• Oil fired central heating
• Security door system controlling access to office
• Sensor activated security alarm
• Ample free car parking
Also included in the monthly fixed rent:
• Heating and electric bill.
• Rates charges.
• Maintenance and cleaning of the reception area, parking areas, driveways and landscaped areas.
